§ 22. Mr. Priorasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what has been the amount of public funds allocated to the improvement or rebuilding of wholesale vegetable markets in the last five years.
§ Mr. CorfieldNo central Government funds have been allocated, but loan sanctions totalling £740,000 were issued to local authorities for these purposes during the last five years. In addition, local authorities may have incurred expenditure which they charged to revenue, but my right hon. Friend has no information about this.
