asked the Minister of Aviation what steps he is taking to allow competitive tendering for the development of new techniques with printed circuits for aviation and defence purposes; what consultations he has had with the National Research Development Corporation on this development; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Amery

There are currently no Ministry of Aviation contracts for the development of printed circuits. We are aware of work being done in fields where the National Research Development Corporation has an interest.
