§ Mr. ErrollI am aware that the rate of unemployment in Hull has increased in recent months. But, as I told the hon. and gallant Member for Kingston-upon-Hull, East (Commander Pursey) on 29th November, I am not taking any special 141W steps to recommend firms to Hull in view of the priority which must be given to steering new industrial development to development districts.
