HC Deb 03 December 1962 vol 668 cc123-4W
Mr. Hale

asked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance whether he will reconsider the recent confirmation of the assessment of 30 per cent. disability pension in the case of the Chadderton man, whose name has been supplied to him, in view of the fact that he is unable to obtain any offer of employment through the disabled persons' register.

Lieut.-Commander Maydon

No. This case is the subject of an appeal to the independent Pensions Appeal Tribunal, and it would not be proper for my right hon. Friend to comment at this stage.
