The present arrangements have enabled Her Majesty's Government to provide a significant measure of assistance to Southern Rhodesia. With regard to further assistance, I have nothing to add at present to the reply which I gave to my horn. Friend the Member for Haltemprice (Mr. Wall) on 2nd August.
