§ Sir K. JosephDiscussions on the future responsibility for smallholdings are now proceeding between the Middlesex County Council and my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food. The arrangements for the ultimate management of these smallholdings will depend upon the outcome of the discussions.
