§ 87. Mr. Wainwrightasked the Parliamentary Secretary for Science if he will now make a financial grant to Manchester and Liverpool universities so that these two universities jointly can immediately commence building the low-power nuclear reactor which has already been approved in principle.
§ Mr. Denzil FreethI regret that I am not yet in a position to make a further statement on this matter but in the meantime discussions of the details of the proposed grant are proceeding.
