§ Mr. MarplesThere have been two meetings recently with representatives of the County Councils who, as Highway Authorities, are primarily responsible. My officials on my behalf put forward suggestions which I hope will be helpful.
When I have received and considered the further views of the Highway Authorities I should be able to consult with the other interested parties.
