§ Mr. RamsdenMy right hon. Friend does not intend to have a review made of the summary sentences ordered by the Commanding Officer of the Cameronians. I am sure the Commanding Officer took all the circumstances fully into consideration, and there was nothing to stop the men concerned from exercising their right to trial by court-martial; indeed one of them did so.
