§ Mr. Scott-HopkinsMy right hon. Friend has received the views of the Welsh Joint Education Committee on the proposal for a Welsh Agricultural College, but not as yet those of the Council for Wales and Monmouthshire. I understand that the Council proposes to submit its views very shortly.
