HC Deb 19 April 1962 vol 658 c112W
59. Mr. Hale

asked the Minister of Defence whether he is satisfied that the present arrangements for the control of the use of nuclear bombs from Great Britain or British bases make adequate provision against misleading radar signals, negative signals due to interruption of communication lines and other possibilities of error; and if he will make a statement.

Mr. Watkinson

I am satisfied with present arrangements which are regularly reviewed.
