§ Mr. J. Robertsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the lengthy periods out-patients have to wait for treatment at the Royal Alexandria Hospital, Paisley, and that unless additional staff is provided services to outpatients will be curtailed; and if he will take action to ensure that adequate services are provided and the required additional staff appointed.
§ Mr. MaclayThe Western Regional Hospital Board is at present considering representations on these matters from the Paisley and District Hospitals Board of Management. I shall let the hon. Member know in due course what conclusions it reaches.
