HC Deb 18 April 1962 vol 658 c78W
Mr. J. Robertson

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware of the lengthy periods out-patients have to wait for treatment at the Royal Alexandria Hospital, Paisley, and that unless additional staff is provided services to outpatients will be curtailed; and if he will take action to ensure that adequate services are provided and the required additional staff appointed.

Mr. Maclay

The Western Regional Hospital Board is at present considering representations on these matters from the Paisley and District Hospitals Board of Management. I shall let the hon. Member know in due course what conclusions it reaches.
