§ Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Minister of Transport what financial aid is to be given to the Staffordshire County Council to enable the Council to provide and maintain two ambulances, as requested by him, for use on the new Staffordshire motorway.
§ Mr. MarplesProvision of ambulances for dealing with incidents on motorways or on other roads, is a matter for the responsible local authority. I have made no request for special provision for the motorway in Staffordshire.
