asked the Postmaster-General whether he will install a telephone kiosk at Graig-y-Tewgoed, Cwmavon, Port Talbot.

There are two kiosks within ½ mile of Graig-y-Tewgoed, and my right hon. Friend would not feel justified in adding another one.
