Mr. VaneExcept under the Small Farmer Schemes no distinction is made between small farmers and other farmers for the purposes of paying grants and subsidies. I regret that borough and rural district figures relating to the Small Farmer Schemes are not readily available and could not be produced without very considerable expenditure of time and labour.
