JosephThe National Federation of Umbrella Manufacturers were consulted by letters dated 19th April, 1961, and 24th July, 1961, and at a meeting on 15th August last year about the possible relaxation of the restrictions then imposed on imports of Japanese umbrellas. They were told that their views would be carefully considered
