Mr. VaneNo skim milk has been wasted this year. The cost of producing skim milk cannot be easily assessed, because it is a by-product of butter and cream manufacture. As regards the second part of the Question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given by my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister on 5th April.
