§ Mr. WoodhouseHovercraft operations, which are still in the development stage, are being authorised by permits to fly under the Air Navigation Order. My right hon. Friend proposes to exempt them from the requirement for an air service licence under the Civil Aviation (Licensing) Act, 1960.
