Commander Courtneyasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will place in the Library copies of the agreements entered into with the Governments of Malaya and Ceylon concerning the use of the naval bases of Singapore and Trincomalee, respectively, together with a statement of the circumstances in which the latter agreement was abrogated, for the convenience of hon. Members.
