§ 8. Mr. Sorensenasked the Secretary for Technical Co-operation if he will invite Commonwealth and other ex-colonial Governments to submit to his Department through appropriate channels proposals or suggestions for the types of service his Department can most effectively provide.
§ Mr. VosperI intend on 12th April to lay before the House a White Paper setting out the objectives of my Department in regard to technical co-operation and the directions in which this country can best give such aid. No special invitation to the Governments of underdeveloped countries to submit requests is necessary.
