§ 38. Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will state the number of meetings the Scottish Valuation Advisory Council held in 1960 and 1961 to date; and what observations the Council have made to him regarding the numerous anomalies which have arisen as a result of revaluation.
§ Mr. MaclayThe Scottish Valuation Advisory Council met once in 1960 and have held one meeting this year. They have not observed to me on any anomalies arising from the revaluation.
