§ 88. Mr. McLarenasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will arrange for departments to offer help to local authorities in connection with the provision of management services, as recommended in paragraph 56 of the Plowden Report on Control of Public Expenditure.
