§ Mr. BevinsI have no plans for reducing charges for telephone calls from the United Kingdom to Canada. From 1st November the Canadians are reducing the charges for calls from Canada to the United Kingdom. The Canadian charges are at present higher than ours, and the change will bring the two into line.
