§ 109. Mr. Grimondasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, under Section 7 of the Local Employment Act, 1960, he will give financial assistance to the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board to provide electricity to the Island of Yell.
§ Mr. MaclayNo application has been received for assistance under Section 7 of the Local Employment Act, 1960, towards the cost of the provision of a supply of electricity to the Island of Yell. Any such application would be considered in the light of the criteria to which I referred in my Reply to the right hon. Gentleman on 9th May, 1961.
