Mr. Jayasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he is prepared to confirm a compulsory purchase order on flats owned by the Church Commissioners at Nos. 1 to 18, 3A and 18A Westminster Mansions, Great Smith Street, and Nos. 47 to 58 Westminster Mansions, Little Smith Street, S.W.1, as requested by the Westminster City Council.
