§ Mr. RipponSo far as my right hon. Friend is aware, there is nothing in the present situation which makes investigations of this kind necessary. This is essentially a problem to be dealt with locally. My right hon. Friend thinks he can rely on the local authorities to let him know if they encounter any special difficulties.
