§ 80. Mr. Callaghanasked the Lord Privy Seal if he will invite the appropriate United Nations organisations to assist the Government of Uganda in its efforts to feed, clothe and house the 20,000 Batutsi refugees from Ruanda who are now at Oruchinga and other camps.
§ Mr. HeathI understand that the Uganda Government have already been in touch with certain United Nations Agencies about aid for these refugees from United Nations sources.
