§ 92. Mr. P. Noel-Bakerasked the Lord Privy Seal what information he has received from the United Nations concerning the circumstances of the death of Mr. Lumumba in the Congolese Province of Katanga.
§ Mr. HeathThe report of the United Nations Commission which investigated the murder of Mr. Lumumba was published on 11th November and is now available. The report will no doubt be considered at the General Assembly from which the Commission received its mandate.
