§ Mr. Walkerasked the Minister of Transport, if, in view of the large number of accidents and deaths that have occurred on the A.449 road between Worcester and Kidderminster, he will shortly proceed with converting the entire stretch of road into a dual carriageway.
§ Mr. MarplesI intend to improve this road progressively to dual carriageway standard as and when I have the funds available. I hope to authorise the constructional work between Ombersley and Crossway Green during the next financial year.
