§ Mr. BevinsAs the hon. Member knows the new boxes were installed in the Palace of Westminster last month. A start was made yesterday on fitting them in public call offices in Westminster and the City, and they will gradually be extended to all areas where subscriber trunk dialling (STD) has been introduced.
