§ 19. Mr. Fernyhoughasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what action has been taken to recover from Overseas Aviation, Ltd. the money that is due to the Inland Revenue in respect of Pay As You Earn deductions made by it from its employees' earnings.
§ Sir E. BoyleAn order for the winding-up of this company was made in the High Court on 9th October on the petition of trade creditors who were supported by the Inland Revenue. Proof for the tax due is being lodged in the liquidation in which the Inland Revenue will have a preferential claim.
