§ Mr. RipponI understand that members of the Newcastle-under-Lyme Rural District Council visited Onneley on Sunday and met the landowner chiefly affected by the land drainage scheme mentioned in my reply to the hon. Member's Question on October 24th. I will write to the hon. Member as soon as I hear further from the council.
