72. Mr. Slaterasked the Minister of Transport when he expects to give consent for the extension of the dual carriageway from Billingham to Wolviston on A.19.
§ Mr. HayWork began in October on the extension of the dual carriageways as far as the southern outskirts of Wolviston, and we hope to authorise a scheme to continue this improvement through the village next year.
