§ Mr. Kimballasked the Secretary to the Treasury how many civil servants who have been employed in an unestablished quasi-permanent capacity since 1919 in a post recognised as established, have 34W on subsequent establishment been allowed to count their unestablished service for superannuation as service in the capacity of a civil servant as defined by Section 12 of the Superannuation Act, 1887.
