§ Mr. BarberThe possibility of our changing over to a decimal currency system or a metric system of measurement does not depend on our joining the Common Market. Although we are considering these important questions independently, we shall certainly bear in mind that the decimal coinage and metric group includes the countries of the European Economic Community.
