§ 9. Mr. Thorntonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Hong Kong Government have yet made a decision on the main recommendation of the Hong Kong Electricity Supply Commission's Report, dated 20th January, 1960, to take into public ownership the two electric supply companies in the Colony; and whether some alternative arrangement has been concluded.
