§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI had hoped that one of the three senior centres opened this year might be able to accept committals from Lincolnshire but experience now suggests that this is unlikely. I am expediting the provision of further centres as much as possible, but I regret that I cannot at the moment say when it will be possible to provide a centre for the county.
