§ 72. Sir R. Pilkingtonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what steps have been taken to bring to justice those responsible for the murder of Mrs. Osborne on 5th May; if he will instruct the Governor of Kenya to consult with all political leaders with a view to the issue of a joint declaration condemning such violence; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. Iain MacleodA man has been charged with Mrs. Osborne's murder and remanded in custody. Intensive investigations are continuing. As regards the remainder of the hon.
