§ Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has yet considered the resolution of the Convention of Royal Burghs in Scotland passed this April, a copy of which has been sent to him by the honourable Member for Aberdeen, North, concerning the difficulties and hardships arising in certain cases of eviction and rent demand; and when he will reply.
