§ Mr. WoodI have made no forecast of the cost of public electricity generation in 1961–62. If my hon. Friend is referring to the forecast of the cost of capital expenditure on public electricity generation in 1961–62, this is based on estimated requirements put forward by the Central Electricity Generating Board.
