ButlerIn order to be accepted as a recruit to the Metropolitan74W Police, a candidate must be of good character and background, reach the necessary physical and educational standards, and satisfy the selection board acting on behalf of the Commissioner that he is in all respects likely to be a satisfactory member of the force.
