§ Mr. J. AmerySeventeen flying accidents in 1960 caused the death of 44 members of the Royal Air Force. The causes of eight of these accidents have been established, the probable causes of four are suspected but cannot be confirmed and in a further four cases the causes are unknown. One accident is still being studied.
