§ 26. Mr. T. W. Jonesasked the President of the Board of Trade what steps he is taking to plan work for the surplus labour force following the completion of large-scale construction work in Blaenau Ffestiniog; and if he will make a statement.
§ Mr. N. MacphersonBlaenau Ffestiniog is listed as a development district under the Local Employment Act, and any industry establishing itself there will be eligible for the benefits provided by this Act. The Board will continue to try to steer industry to this area.
