Mr. Dempsey

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland, of the numbers of apparent murders made known to the police from 1951 to 1960, how many cases involved the murder of more than one person, how many were proceeded against on a charge of murder, how many were proceeded against on a lesser charge, and how many were acquitted, in each year.
