§ Sir D. EcclesHer Majesty's Inspectors are always examining ways of improving the teaching of mathematics, and giving advice to the schools. A variety of courses are available for serving teachers of mathematics, many of which are organised by or with the help of H.M. Inspectors. I would refer the hon. Member to the Answer I gave him on 16th March about increasing the supply of well-qualified teachers of mathematics.
