§ Mr. Skeetasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer to what extent, under his regulations, property held on a long lease enjoys the concessionary basis of assessment under Schedule A which is described in Income Tax Concession No. 6 in the list of Extra-Statutory Conces- 140W square inches and over is tax free because it is not regarded as "stationery".
