§ Mr. du Cannasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs whether he will give urgent consideration to the proposals submitted to him by the Taunton Borough Council, the Taunton Rural District Council, and the Wellington Rural District Council for the alleviation of the serious water shortage in the areas immediately surrounding the town of Taunton.
