§ Mr. RipponNo, but my right hon. Friend is well aware of the need to maintain adequate car parking facilities. My right hon. Friend intends shortly to invite tenders for the design and construction of a multi-storey car park in the central terminal. The possibility of providing for long-term parking outside the central terminal is also being examined.
