asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies when he intends to discuss with Sir Mwanawina Lewanika, Paramount Chief of Barotseland, or his representatives the future of Barotseland in relation to Northern Rhodesia and the Federation of Rhodesia and Nyasaland.
