HC Deb 15 March 1961 vol 636 c129W
Dr. A. Thompson

asked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will arrange for an inquiry into conditions at the physiotherapy department of the West Fife Hospital, with reference to the safety of the electrical system, and the general standard of accommodation.

Mr. Maclay

The board of management is aware of the deficiencies and will deal with them when their resources allow. There is therefore no need for an inquiry. Tenders are already being taken for re-wiring the electrical system.
